Flo Rida’s latest single is featured on the soundtrack to the upcoming comedy movie, Neighbors. “Freaking Out” is about fighting to restore judicial independence for the people of Venezuela. Hahaha, no, it’s about partying at the club.
Up-and-coming pop singer, StayC Reign, sings on the hook, “Oh my god, I think I’m freaking out / Too many drinks, too many rounds / I’m in the clouds, no coming down.” What are they drinking, beer with acid in it? Who reacts to alcohol this way?
More importantly, what am I doing? Why am I questioning these lyrics? Trying to find reason in a Flo Rida song is as useless as searching for meaning in a Seth Rogen movie.
