B.o.B ft. Wiz Khalifa – High as Hell

I know what you’re thinking. A song about weed from B.o.B and Wiz Khalifa? That’s weird. It’s the kind of song you expect from Tim Tebow and Betty White maybe, but not these two. Never these two…

Classified ft. B.o.B – Higher

Classified ft. B.o.B - Higher

B.o.B hops on a track with Canadian rapper Classified for their latest single, “Higher.” The song samples Jackie Wilson’s 1967 hit, “Higher And Higher.”

So it’s 2014 and “Higher And Higher” has never been sampled in a rap song before??? That’s 47 years of missed opportunities. Way to right this wrong, Classified.

T-Pain ft. B.o.B – Up Down (Do This All Day)

T-Pain feat. B.o.B - Up Down (Do This All Day)

T-Pain is back (enh kinda), doing what T-Pain does: stripper music. “Up Down” was released back in August, but couldn’t find a way onto to radio airwaves already dominated with stripper music, or strippers making music, depending on how you look at it.

For someone who could use a boost back into the spotlight, T-Pain might as well be reading from his Sonicare manual. I’m over this ballin-at-the-stripclub schtick, and it sounds like T-Pain is too.

B.o.B ft. Chris Brown – Throwback

B.o.B ft. Chris Brown - Throwback

B.o.B teams up with a rapping Chris Brown for their latest release, “Throwback” — another cut from B.o.B’s upcoming, Underground Luxury.

Maybe it’s the season, but the sample in the beginning sounds like a Christmas carol, but this song is unlike any Christmas carol I’ve ever heard… unless your Christmas songs have the morality of a dirty pirate hooker.

B.o.B ft. Priscilla – John Doe

B.o.B ft. Priscilla - John Doe

Today, B.o.B dropped the fifth single from his upcoming album, Unexpected Luxury, due out December 17th. The single, “John Doe,” also features vocals from singer/songwriter Priscilla Renea.

The song deals with B.o.B’s struggle with drug abuse and cheating, which I would take much more seriously if this wasn’t the same person who recently said: “Got all these pounds of ganja, I work out, I’m doing kush-ups / Bobby Bands is in the building, pop that pussy throw a foot up.”

B.o.B ft. 2 Chainz – Headband

B.o.B ft. 2 Chainz Headband

Well done, sir.  With one short line of rap, B.o.B successfully ruined headbands, and my high opinion of him: “Pussy on my mind, tighter than a headband.”   How unfortunate…  I always thought B.o.B was less disgusting than his peers, you know, the ones who talk about their ding-a-lings.

B.o.B ft. Juicy J & T.I. – Still in This Bitch

This song is from B.o.B’s mixtape Fuck ‘Em We Ball. Ironically, that is also the name of my children’s book about good sportsmanship.

The mixtape was released in November, but, like B.o.B said, “they tried to shut us down,” and four months later, they’re still in this bitch.

B.o.B. – So Good

Posted on: February 21st, 2012 by Tina

In “So Good,” B.o.B. missed a perfect opportunity to rhyme “fantasy-oh” (which is a stretch to begin with), with Rio, as opposed to “Mexico,” — an even further stretch. Yoga. (Like that Young-Money-influenced line?) These rappers should obviously hire me as a content consultant. I’m so qualified. Sorry for that last segment, it was confusing. It was a thought inside a thought. Inception.
