Start in downward facing dog… exhale and step your right foot forward between your hands, aligning your knee over the heel. Keep your left leg strong and firm… and breathe… sweep your arms over you head and come into crescent pose… and inhale… raise your torso to upright… now bend ova… make your knees touch your elbows… and breathe… place your hands on your knees, bounce that ass like a yoga ball… and exhale…
